There is also the option to hire one floor or exclusive use of the restaurant for your event. We can also accommodate drinks reception parties on both upper & lower decks of the restaurant and will be happy to discuss your requirements. The food and the atmosphere are amazing. Great place for Sunday lunch with friends. One of my favourite places in London. One thing that I found somewhat annoying was the people that are attracted by the bottomless brunch. The girls group three tables down got louder and louder with rising alcohol levels. Everyone was rolling their eyes, but the restaurant didn’t do much.

First time visit tonight to celebrate our sons birthday. Food was a bit slow in arriving but was very good. Staff are very friendly and the place was busy with lots of atmosphere. My only gripe was the music noise level was way too loud and I got a sore throat from having to talk loudly. The staff very kindly bought our son an ice cream with a candle and sang happy birthday which was really nice. Great place for youngsters but for us personally we would not go again purely because the music was too loud.

I booked a table twice now and always end up down this side bit which was absolutely freezing last night. Downstairs with the live music looks a lot better. The food was very average but expensive

Excellent evening, only niggle was being offered table which meant using steps and my wife is disabled and staff member aware of that. Other than that - great night and food very good value

Food was absolutely delightful, the venue looked amazing, good value for money only thing that let it down was the service wasn’t very personal

I have been to Big Easy restaurant on many occasions and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Today I took my wife and two children and was very disappointed in the service. The female waitress who served us was miserable throughout and rude. There was No service with a smile and it felt as though customers were a hinderance. One of the worst services ive ever had and to top it off she poured my drinking water back in the tabke water jug…… no doubt that ended up on another table. Food was as good as ever.

This restaurant is a generally rather low quality place. We were seated next to the area where they collect the dirty plates and I’ve heard quieter demolition sites to be honest. There was a sort of live music man with a guitar which was quite loud so in fact the smash crash bang of the plate scraping area was probably a blessing. A walk past the bar (on the interminable trek to the toilets) lets you see dirty glasses piled up next to drinks waiting to be served, everything looking grubby and disorganised. The food seems to come from downstairs after a longish wait on the pass, our chips were tepid and sweet potato fries positively chilly. Ribs were ok (not hot, though, nothing was hot), prawns really not nice at all. The Cole slaw tasted a bit off / fermented to me. Cheesy chips have a tiny dusting of fine, dry Parmesan and a minute jug of cheese sauce for dipping. The servers were all perfectly charming, though, and they turned off the air conditioning when we asked, no complaints there! For around £40 each for a main, a soft drink and one dessert shared between everyone (choc sundae, very basic) I think you’d expect more in terms of quality and portion size. We won’t be going back!
