There is also the option to hire one floor or exclusive use of the restaurant for your event. We can also accommodate drinks reception parties on both upper & lower decks of the restaurant and will be happy to discuss your requirements. Extremely slow service and some very overcooked steak. It has a nice atmosphere and the live music was great but otherwise quite disappointing.

Great time at Big Easy, went for bottomless brunch. Food was great very tasty and great value for money. Drinks were also topped up when needed. Only issue was we saw how the food was plated, we saw the runners scooping chips into pots from a metal bowl with a scoop and bare hands, we even saw some of them touch the chips with their bare hands. Although we didn't have chips (thankfully) don't think this was very hygienic. Other then that great place great vibe, would think twice ordering something with chips.

Mediocre at best. Food was nothing special, had to ask for ice. Glasses were water marked. I don’t think it’s worth a second visit despite the recommendations I’ve had

Really disappointed this time. Long time customer but on this visit my lobster was practically empty and the prices just keep going up.

Atmosphere and music great. Food tasty, good portion but not cheap. Poor service after food was served. Nobody came to offer more drinks or anything else and once finished we were sat for over half an hour with no attention, no clearing of plates and not easy to get the bill. We had to ask twice for the bill and we asked to remove the service charge because there wasn't great service which was accepted with no issue.
