Available for hoedowns, hootenannies, hullabaloos & other private parties With 10,000 sq. ft. of space we have plenty of room for events of all sizes; we have a semi-private area that caters up to 45 giving you all the atmosphere of the main restaurant but your own space to play with. There is also the option to hire one floor or exclusive use of the restaurant for your event. We can also accommodate drinks reception parties on both upper & lower decks of the restaurant and will be happy to discuss your requirements. The St Louis ribs tasted strange with weird black skin on them and came with no sauce and looked anaemic. We asked if the voodoo wings were hot and the waiter said no but they were. We served ourselves table water. The place was not busy but the waiter never checked on us, asked us if we wanted more drinks or even offered us a dessert menu. The place has a cool vibe with a live musician but was placed downstairs so you couldn’t see them. Leave 10 minutes to visit the bathroom as it’s a long walk! Overall really poor.

The food and service wee good but the Ladies toilets were flooded and we were told to use the mens toilets with no guidance as to whether men were at the urinals??? This was very poor by the staff!

Was a bit disappointed as previously visited in June for a bottomless brunch and was able to have a choice of drinks. This time whatever you initially ordered you had to stick to the same drink which made it a bit boring. Food was good but not sure if I’d return again

Booked several months in advance but had a table tucked away around the corner next to the plate scraping booth. Food was nice but very small portions, lobster was cold. Cocktails inc with meal are served in small glasses. Staff were nice but overstretched. Ladies toilets were out of order so everyone had to use the men's then they got blocked so all had to queue and use the disabled one until mens was unblocked.

Great evening out. Great value great food great staff and great atmosphere. Would highly recommend Big Easy.

Ive been meaning to try out the big easy for a while now now and finally made it. I was pleased to see on a week night how busy it was but there was plenty of staff available, I was seated pretty quickly. The menu there is so much to choose from but I had already decided I was having a lobster before I had arrived, I chose the WHOLE lobster Prosecco deal with chips.. The food was amazing it went down a treat. My drink didnt take long at all given how busy the restaurant was I was very happy with the service and my food came within 10/15 minutes. I will defiantly try the restaurant again when in and around London as there was plenty more on the menu I would like to try. Thank you

The staff were attentive and served with a smile. All were very polite and made our dining experience enjoyable.

Had a great experience at Big Easy, food was fantastic and the service was great. Everyone was really friendly and professional, and the service was fairly quick. Food was great, portion sizes were just right.
