    The seafood platter was all shell and no sea food Very hard to handle without hammer and chisil. Very noisy . Yappy couple put next to us whereas plenty of spaces further away Music not bad

    Friendly staff, toilets clean. Food outstanding. Really happy with the buy one, get one free cocktails.

    Spent the afternoon with some old friends and had a great time. I had the surf and turf which was lovely. The steak was cooked perfectly and the lobster was like butter. The service was always with a smile and accommodating. Nice lively atmosphere .

    Mixed bag on food. We ordered the big mixed set for two and thought it would come on a platter (we saw all these platters on other tables) but it came on a plate. Not as much pizzazz as we expected. Purely a presentation underwhelming for most expensive option on menu. St Louis rib and pulled pork were perfection. Absolutely recommend anyone order that. Brisket was a bit dry and chicken not memorable. Sausage was very good. Service wise, mixed bag. We arrived and waited 9 minutes at reception deck for anyone to talk to us but once at table our server was excellent. Would def revisit on a return trip to London but would stick with the pork stuff on the menu.

    From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We booked a table for 5 but showed up 20min early. We still got seated straight away and did not have to wait. The service was prompt and friendly. Our order came our extremely quickly and was absolutely amazing. We had to ask for a doggy bag as we just couldn't finish our meal. We just had to try the milkshakes and the salted caramel was heavenly. This is definitely geto be our go to place when ever we are in London. Would highly recommend it. Especially if you live a typical American style atmosphere.
