Available for hoedowns, hootenannies, hullabaloos & other private parties With 10,000 sq. ft. of space we have plenty of room for events of all sizes; we have a semi-private area that caters up to 45 giving you all the atmosphere of the main restaurant but your own space to play with. There is also the option to hire one floor or exclusive use of the restaurant for your event. We can also accommodate drinks reception parties on both upper & lower decks of the restaurant and will be happy to discuss your requirements. Very disappointing, food was over cooked and tasteless whilst also being very over priced. Won’t be returning!

We arrived with 3 children who were starving and it took them over 50 minutes to bring out the food despite us asking several times! When the food did come out it was raw chips for the kids.. which we then had to send back and they eventually replaced with cooked ones. We also ordered mains which were cold and over cooked! If you want a very poorly cooked fried fest for your dinner then this is the place to be but it was an awful experience for us!

Unfortunately some the food was bland and the chunky chips felt/tasted like they had either been out a while or needed way more cooking, one order was messed up they forgot half a lobster and the filet steak was very grisly- We complained about one of the dishes and the manager did comp it so thank you for that - apart from the chips the boys enjoyed their burger, sirloin and chicken strips - we decided not to stay for dessert and went elsewhere - was expecting better if Im honest especially for the price

Absolutely delicious steak and lobster. Chunky fries were perfect. And a nice side salad with very good dressing. Great staff and management. Very organised. Have been here before and will certainly return soon!!

Been many times. Burgers were nice, so the ribs. Lobster was disappointing (small, dry).

Our first visit to big easy,order half lobster and a sure & turf for my partner but having to pay for added extra like chips that didn’t come with meal be become quite expensive ,the food was lovely but not valued for money , chips and salad should come in with the meal .

Food was pretty good. Atmosphere was amazing. Service was mediocre. They where slow to Come to table. They where not very excited to wait on us. After placing the order had to always wave them down they never came back to help us.

Every Christmas Eve we go to big easy to eat , but this year wasn’t too good , first was the service , I thing the waitress was in hurry to go home so she was serving very bad , not given too much attention, second me and my son we order 1.5 lbs lobster but knowing a lot about lobster ( because I was born in Boston U.S.A ) and we usually eat lots of lobster, this wasn’t 1.5 Lbs , never never , and Carolina pulled pork that my wife order wasn’t too good also , the atmosphere was very good and the price is average for this time of the year, so for next year we don’t know if we gonna go again !
