    Was having a family lunch but had to grab a server to take my order and bartenders have attitude over changing a sparkling lemonade to still lemonade. Food was great, service was lacking.

    Been a few times before but it’s just got steadily worse (not sure if it’s location/reputation/novelty factor if you’ve not been to Canary Wharf before as to why it’s still relatively busy) rib tips werent rib tips of old, these were basically a rib cut into thirds with an acrid and can only assume some liquid smoke on them (tasted like the smell of an old house fire) jalapeño poppers breaded frozen rubbish with paper McDonalds dip pots. Steaks had a much better grill taste although a little tough. Mac & cheese ok but pretty bland. Some of the staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else but the hostess was great. Decent bottle of red. Only good thing was the music which has always been spot on. £178 for two for that food quality and service….. (taking into consideration the “oh but it’s London so it’s expensive anyway”)…. Sorry will not be returning

    I am not happy for the football I asked for a booth and I got a seat at the back I had to specifically say that I wanted to watch the football utter nonsense also the lobsters was inconsistent I ordered a medium lobster the first one was small and the other one was medium the manager has no common sense very patronising talking rubbish and starring at me when I’m frustrated that they couldn’t deliver the seat i requested for and also it is not worth it unless things are on offer as they have dropped there standards no wonder why staff keep leaving I regularly visit here and now I will not anymore due to people that do not know what they are talking about

    We had a pleasant time. We went to celebrate our birthday and we had a lovely surprise of a birthday ice cream with a candle and happy birthday sing along. The food was lovely and served in a timely manner. Staff were very friendly and polite. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. Value for money is very good. I'd recommend it.

    This has been my 3rd time this year they are a complete waste of money don’t listen to your requests and also the only people that was good was the server and the shift manager otherwise everyone is completely useless

    Unfortunately our starters were cold, then the lobster and steak were tough. Was better when I went last year. Nice ambience though. But definitely overpriced for the quality of food. Drinks were nice but also overpriced, £10 for the frozen cocktails but are half the size of a regular cocktail.

    Great venue, great service. The food is okay. We had the unlimited meat brunch. Lots of food but the BBQ was a bit dry.
