We loved the variety of foods offered on the menu yet still allows for a make-ypur-own option to personalize it. The food is delicious, served very hot, and plentiful. We both brought home our leftovers to enjoy another day. It is not a big restaurant, so reservations are recommended.

Friday night, 25 minutes for cocktails, and no water while waiting from the server was a pretty rough start. Cocktails arrived same time as appetizers, and our server accidentally spilled one of the drinks. They were quick to order us another drink, but there was still a charge on the bill for the waiters accident. It was removed once asked about, but seemed like it was an after thought to remove. Hiring more bartenders and waitstaff might help expedite drink timing and lack of attention. Food was good.

We dined at Big Bowl during Restaurant Week and it did not disappoint. The price-fixed menu was perfect and well worth it. Our sever, Natalie, was excellent.

Lettuce entertain you has to remove the extra charge. Enough. Surcharges are a terrible business model. One of our favorite restaurants though.

Menu is very limited now, prices are way higher for what you get, quality of food is just mediocre, not like it used to be....the women in the booth behind us were very loud, where my husband & I couldn't hear each other:(
