We normally go to the Big Bowl in Lincolnshire. This one, my wife's teriyaki fried rice came with almost no sauce. I had to send my lo mein back because it was not made with the adjustments I asked for. I did not receive until my wife was almost finished with her meal. We did get ahold of a manager and she had my wife's dish remade, at this point it was the end of the meal so we took it home. Most of the issues could have been resolved if we had an engaged server. We will not be coming back to this location.

Best Cashew Chicken ever! Better than even the gold standard original at Leong's in Springfield, MO. What I most appreciated was that it was much spicier than typical Cashew Chicken. In fact it was spicier than what passes for General Tso at many Chinese restaurants. I loved it! Another Leong's-inspired menu item is the egg roll with a hint of peanut butter. Also excellent. The service was good especially considering it was a busy Friday night in Schaumburg. I'll be back!

It was OK. The food was fine, but not great. I don’t know if I would go out of my way to eat there again.

My server was excellent and I loved Big Bowl. Haven't been in a while because it's a 45 minute drive. It was worth the drive.

The food was not a good as previous visits. The service was very good and attentive. We don’t appreciate the 3% service charge, which should just be part of the price. Our server removed the charge when we complained.

Everything for the most part was great. Service was very good, only issue was that my wife ordered the Pad Thai Noodles, and she bit into quite a few eggshells. Other than the eggshells everything was great.

Great food and great service. We ordered o drinks and appetizers. Then by the time we finished our appetizers, our entrées came out. It was nice and hot. Always have great service there.
