Lettuce entertain you has to remove the extra charge. Enough. Surcharges are a terrible business model. One of our favorite restaurants though.

Menu is very limited now, prices are way higher for what you get, quality of food is just mediocre, not like it used to be....the women in the booth behind us were very loud, where my husband & I couldn't hear each other:(

Delicious food and excellent service by our server, Carlos -he was the highlight of our experience. Bonus for clean bathrooms. Would have liked more veggies in dish. Only annoyance: the 3% surcharge on top of our meal.

We didn't realize the bonus $25 card (recd with the $100 giftcard we bought) had additional restrictions on top of the date restrictions... be sure to read the ridiculous long list on the back!

I do not believe I have ever had a bad experience at a Big Bowl. I hadn't visited the Schaumburg location in a good 4 or 5 years and came away satisfied. Overall, the service was good and I went with my usual sesame chicken with brown rice. if you are in the area and have an urge for Chinese & Thai dishes, you cannot go wrong.

Wonderful experience! Stir Fry Bar was a treat, as always, service was excellent and my friend and I weren’t rushed as we were catching up. Will go back for sure!
