We didn't realize the bonus $25 card (recd with the $100 giftcard we bought) had additional restrictions on top of the date restrictions... be sure to read the ridiculous long list on the back!

I do not believe I have ever had a bad experience at a Big Bowl. I hadn't visited the Schaumburg location in a good 4 or 5 years and came away satisfied. Overall, the service was good and I went with my usual sesame chicken with brown rice. if you are in the area and have an urge for Chinese & Thai dishes, you cannot go wrong.

Wonderful experience! Stir Fry Bar was a treat, as always, service was excellent and my friend and I weren’t rushed as we were catching up. Will go back for sure!

I asked for my salmon to be cooked well done and it came raw. I sent it back and it still came back under cooked. Only now my beans and rice were ice cold on top of this. I decided to bring the food home to microwave so I could eat it. Then, when it was time to pay, I asked for the surcharge to be removed. The server did remove it and gave me a new receipt but when she entered in my payment on her handheld device it added the surcharge back on. I did not know this until after I put in a tip and asked for a receipt. By then I was told it was too late to fix it. I like Big Bowl but I'm not sure I will come back.
