I recommend this place for a quick bite. This is not a date night vibe place. The calamari was not something I liked but the Green Curry with tofu was delicious. Drinks are subpar could have been better.

Our several was terrible! We’ve never been so embarrassed at a restaurant. She was humiliating us in front of other patrons. Extremely terrible service by her. She was racist and treated us very rudely from the time she sat us at the table to asking for kids menu to ordering our food etc. she was plain rude and nasty. We still treated her well by tipping her when she didn’t deserve it. We’ve been coming to Big Bowl for almost a decade and a half at the Schaumburg location and never have been treated this rudely.

Great food. Loved selecting my own veggies to make my bowl. My waiter was excellent and attentive. I will be back!

Food was not warm we had to wait a long time for it to be reheated. Service just ok and why are they still charging a service charge ???? Time to stop

As always, our dining experience at the big bowl was stellar. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. The food was cooked and served quickly. Ingredients were fresh and delicious. Dinner was amazing. The one downside is the kitchen had the back door open and it was cold and every time they open the kitchen door the entire dining room became cold. Even after several requests, it was not fixed. Dinner was enjoyed in jacket and hat
