We visited for the first time, celebrating our wedding anniversary. Everyone was extremely friendly. The service was exceptional, as was the food!

My sister and I go to Big Bowl before every evening play at the Marriott. They all are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our meals were delicious, served at a good temperature and reasonable. The staff was really nice and even the head chef came to our table to tell us how one of the sauces were made. It was a delightful experience.

Everything was fine, as usual, but we went to Wildfire yesterday, and inadvertently got the scratch off number for Big Bowl. Our waitress helped us find the correct scratch off , and told us we could use the Big Bowl one the next day (today) at Big Bowl. To be sure, we called the restaurant before we dined here today, and we were told we could use yesterday’s code today. This was not true, and we are hoping that Big Bowl’s manager could resolve this issue tomorrow when Lettuce Corporate is open. We are Gold members and have not used any scratch off for Big Bowl.

Please just take service fee off the bill. Diners don’t want to deal with fees and asking to have these removed.
