Just not that great for the cost. Our waiter kept disappearing too. I would say overall it was blah, nothing special.

Our waiter was basically missing the entire time we were there. Someone else brought our food, which was sub-par. The chicken was very dry almost like they were running out and this was the scraps. Had to ask for water and the bill. Waiter never asked how things were and took dropped off the bill but never came back. I just hope he recorded my LettuceEats points earned.

The food is always very good, and the portions are good size. Last night, the dumplings were a bit cold when served. The buffet and its choices are outstanding. Always a bit noisy, but not a problem.

My friend and I had a great first experience at Big Bowl. Ben, our waiter was very attentive and offered his favorite recommendations to us. The restaurant was clean and I was happy that I made reservations. The food was outstanding, fresh and hot. The portion size was large and we both took home our remaining leftovers, The sweet and sour shrimp filled me up and there was a good amount of shrimp offered. Will certainly go back to try other entrees and drinks!

Excellent stir fries with very generous portions. We're happy that the buffet has been restarted so that you can select your own vegetables and other ingredients.
