Good food like always. Horrible service. It was Valentine’s Day but not crowded. We waited close to 15 minutes before we were able to flag down someone to just bring us water and take our drink order. We were stuck in the corner of the bar with plenty of tables open in the main dining room. Do better.

We were seated promptly and service was good and efficient. Food is not authentic Asian but very tasty. Many options.

We had a fantastic meal celebrating a special birthday at Big Bowl in Lincolnshire. Our server, Kyle, was excellent—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We started with the Crispy Chicken Dumplings and Crab Rangoon, both of which were absolutely perfect. For our main courses, we enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken, Pad Thai, Cashew Chicken, and Panang Chicken Curry—each dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The Cosmo martinis were just okay, but the dessert more than made up for it. Our birthday guest got to choose, and we indulged in both the mango cheesecake and chocolate fudge cake—both were delicious! Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we look forward to returning.

Very busy on Saturday night. We had 7pm reservations and were seated at 7:15. Service and food were very good. They still slap a 3% charge for extra profit on their checks. I find this insulting. They tell you it’s so they can deal with increased costs. But they have already increased their menu prices significantly since 2020, no reason for this anymore (hello, it’s 2025) and no other restaurant anywhere charges this. They’ll take it off but you have to ask. Other than that, good stuff Maynard.

Restaurant was very overcrowded which I think affected everything for the evening. Food was not up to what we thought was no up too the usual standards. Servers were good considering how crowded the place was. Usually one of our favorite go too places for dinner.

The orange chicken was delicious but the chocolate Cake was to die for. There is a reason they are so busy

Definitely book in advance because it can be very busy on Friday’s! The food was good and came in big portions. The service was great, food came very quickly, we almost wanted a little more time to sit and eat. They didn’t rush us out but everything came out so fast so we were there not even a whole hour. Overall, it was a nice experience but I’ve had better flavorful thai food so I’m being biased giving 4 star on taste.
