Décoré dans le style d'un bistrot parisien des années 1930, le Biff's Bistro est le chef d'œuvre haut de gamme des über-restaurateurs Peter Oliver et Michael Bonacini, de Toronto. Le salon élégant, doté d'un superbe comptoir en zinc, est une pure merveille de design rétro. Les banquettes en cuir, les boiseries chaleureuses et les grands miroirs dégagent une atmosphère somptueuse et animée. Dans ce cadre, le chef Amanda Ray présente un menu de cuisine de bistrot française, accompagné d'une impressionnante carte des vins. Le restaurant est implanté au cœur du centre-ville, à quelques pas de nombreux théâtres et hôtels ainsi que du centre Air Canada.

    The service is outstanding. Our server was just delightful. The food is consistently good too. I've been here a bunch of times over the years and I've never had a bad dish. The boeuf bourgougnon is particularly good. They also have non-alcoholic beer and cocktails that aren't just juice!! The mule with NA gin was very tasty

    I was surprised by Biff’s when my wife & I dined there yesterday. I had assumed, due to its name “Biff’s”, it was just another loud sports pub, and subsequently had never eaten there. I’m admitting I was grossly mistaken. Biff’s is WONDERFUL! I’m impressed at the classy French bistro, and really enjoyed their Valentine’s special menu. The selection of dishes was offered was super, and those we chose were well-prepared and tasty. The best thing I can promise is that I’ll be returning…

    Terrific prix fixe at Biff's Bistro after the show at St. Lawrence Centre. A welcoming and attentive service by our waiter Al. We had the French Onion soup (delicious), Beef Bourguignon & Mushroom Risotto (for main, both very filling) and Pumpkin Cheesecake to finish off. All beautifully prepared and presented. Thank you for a great evening!

    My partner and I had an unforgettable Valentine’s Day dinner at Biff’s Bistro. The candlelit ambiance was perfect, and our server, Al, provided excellent recommendations, making our wine selection effortless.nWe started with a bottle of St. John ‘Beausoleil’ a crisp, dry, medium-bodied wine that paired beautifully with our apps. The Coquilles Saint-Jacques featured perfectly cooked scallops with mussels, a rich mushroom sauce and pommes duchesse. The Charcuterie was a standout, with a generous portion of liver parfait, their delicious house mustard, and sourdough. For mains, we had the their classic Coq au Vin, with tender, flavorful chicken in a rich red wine jus with lardons, mushrooms, green beans, and pomme purée. The Moules Frites did not disappoint! The white wine and herb cream sauce was incredible, and the fries and baguette were perfect for soaking it up. We also got to try the Roasted Cauliflower Salad, where the romesco-coated cauliflower, puffed grains, and pickles created a beautifully balanced dish. For dessert, the Classic Crème Brûlée and Pot au Chocolat were both rich and satisfying, ending our meal on a perfect note. Biff’s made our Valentine’s celebration truly special. Huge thanks to Al for his attentive service!

    Biff's proved to be a perfect setting for a Valentine's Day dinner. The service was attentive without being overbearing, the food was excellent and even the wine list was quite reasonable. I'd definitely return and I'd recommend it to anyone who asks. Great place you have there, O&B.

    Place is amazing and the foods are delicious too. They gave quite a big serving of the braised beef. ☺️ The pumpkin cheesecake is ok.
