Our server, Scott, was extremely polite and very attentive to us. Scott was honest with his recommendations in which ALL were delicious!

The food was delicious and Scott our waiter took great care of us and even accommodated special requests. I would absolutely go back again

Pretty underwhelming for Bergdorff. The sandwiches were somewhat stale. For the price and reputation of Bergdorff was kind of a let down. Would definitely recommend trying it once but would not go a second time.

Fabulous lunch menu with beautiful presentation. Very nice diners sitting all around us. Service very attentive without being intrusive. We enjoyed every minute of it.

We came to BG for afternoon tea as I wanted to share a romantic experience with my wife. We were greeted warmly and promptly seated at a table which provided a beautiful view of Central Park. Our server was hospitable and helpful and the service in general ran like a well oiled machine. The food and the tea were delicious, and we both loved the tea recommended by our server. The atmosphere felt like something out of a fairy tale, and at no time did we ever feel rushed. The afternoon tea was worth every penny for the experience it offered. We had a wonderful romantic experience enjoying our time at BG. We'd return to do it again without hesitation.
