    An ideal outing when in Las Vegas! The service was excellent! Our table chef accommodated the various needs and desires, including the exceptions for all guests seated at our table. He did an outstanding job. The support staff also did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this location for any event.

    I went on a Saturday night and booked the reservation an hour and half before. Upon arrival one person in my party was “late”… people walked up trying to get a table but everything was completely booked for the rest of the night. We ended up getting seated about 20 minutes after my reservation (which was perfect since one person was late).. the service was a slow but as aspected with hibachi.. the waitress got a few item mixed up with drinks but no biggie. The check.. we split the check and for some reason she thought we wanted to pay for another party.. anyways it was fixed and we even got an additional discount for a show so it worked out. This is one of the original Benihana restaurants, the largest.. so overall I had a great experience.

    Overall, everything was nice  The server made a few mistakes on the table next to us, was giving off too much smoke with not having enough exhaust

    Service was extremely slow… we waited for 20 minutes for her to take our drink order. In fact we waited for everything. She had a hard time communicating with all of us. A couple ended up leaving after speaking with a manager. The chef was good. He tried to make our experience better!!

    Waited for an hour after reservation time to get anything at the table Manager was extremely rude.

    First time at Benihana. The restaurant decor was stunning! It was absolutely gorgeous! the food was not as good as some of the independent Japanese steakhouses that I have been to. the mixed vegetables were just zucchini and onions, no mixture of vegetables and no option for a substitution. The noodles came with regular cabbage but not any other and they tasted as though there was a large amount of star anise or some spice that tasted like licorice in them. the salad dressing and dipping sauces were very sour. Yum yum sauce was an additional charge even if you opted out of the vegetable and dipping sauce. The onion soup was rather tasty and the chicken was moist. The chefs are usually very entertaining and being in Las Vegas, I expected to be impressed far beyond what I have seen in local hibachi chefs, but it was nothing impressive. I thought the pricing was reasonable if there would have been better vegetables as the side and if the flavor of the food was more like some of the other Japanese Steakhouses that I have been to, but the restaurant was absolutely beautiful.
