Food was good but service was terrible. Getting things that were included in our meals felt like pulling teeth from them. They didn’t want to serve us ice cream or tea that was part of our meal . We had a birthday girl in our group that was mentioned in the reservation but nobody acknowledged that either

Delicious food. My niece who had her first hibachi restaurant experience ( she is a teenager) said it was the best food she has ever had!

Had an amazing experience for my birthday here. The food was excellent and they were able to seat us right away even though we arrived early for the reservation. I’m so happy we booked it here, the food was delicious and the perfect amount even with several courses.

Always a great place to celebrate an occasion w family. Food is fantastic! Chef Joel was superb however, was not thrilled w server as onion soup were delivered without asking as my adult children wanted Miso; the used dishes were not taken away; when I asked for more water, she delivered glasses to others at the table but forgot my families. Otherwise, we will continue to enjoy this restaurant as we have for MANY years!

Overly crowded and noisy. Service was terrible. I go to the Benihana in Irving, TX twice per year. The Irving Benihana is not crowded and noise level is acceptable. The food taste in NY was great. I wouldn't eat here again.

The food was delicious, but we had to wait a very one time for them to cook the food. The cost was high as we did not know ordering the house wine was $23.00 a glass.
