Bienvenue chez Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres ! Installés autour d'une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous présentera ses talents dans l'art ancien du Teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité de savoureux mets qui vous sont proposés (bœuf, poulet ou fruits de mer) et à vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter avec un cocktail signature. Benihana Troy est situé sur Big Beaver Road, entre Crooks Road et Coolidge Highway, près de la Somerset Collection et du Somerset Park Golf Course. L'entrée et le stationnement sont situés à l'arrière du bâtiment. Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés à toute facture pour les groupes de huit personnes ou plus. Les réservations ne sont disponibles que dans la zone du teppan (salle à manger principale). Afin de satisfaire tout le monde, les réservations ne sont pas acceptées pour le bar à sushi ou pour l'espace lounge.

    The experience was terrible! The server sucked. She dropped water on my boyfriend’s shoes didn’t apologize she said “it was just water”. We were there for 1 hour waiting for cook. It took 40 mins to get our drinks. The cook was really good and friendly. The server took 1 hour after our food was done to bring us our bill. She did not even care that we were all standing up waiting for our bills. She didn’t get refills on drinks. She didn’t even check on us while the cook was there. She never brought us our salads. Won’t be going back!

    My ratings came because for this restaurant to be so expensive I have been there 4x this yr alone and the bathrooms are extremely disgusting and makes you not want to eat there if you go to the bathroom first before eating. And staff is cleaning and still always dirty

    I had the Hibachi chicken and my husband Hibachi steak. It was our 27th anniversary and we really enjoyed. The chef was entertaining, and we met wonderful people at our table. Everyone was friendly. The chef talked about sports with us and did magic tricks and the food was fantastic. The price is right and the place is clean and fun.

    It was a typical Benihana experience. Everything was fine out chef was Tom he was great.

    The food was awesome! Our cook was perfect. Our waitress was wonderful. The restaurant was too cold, even with the grill on.

    This restaurant has fell off a lot over the years. The quality of both the food and service Is extremely subpar. The waiters and greeters are also not friendly. My food was so greasy and my son had to wait on his steamed rice while his steak got cold cause the waitress hadn’t even brung it out. This establishment could definitely use some management. I won’t be back to patronize.

    Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with a friendly smile. My server was very professional, polite and accommodating. My chef was amazing! He expertly prepared my food and gave exceptional service overall. He was kind and attentive.

    We made a reservation for 6 pm on a Sunday. After we were seated, it took 1.5 hours until the chef came to the table to cook the meal. It was super loud, service was slow. The bathrooms were very dirty, with trash everywhere and no toilet paper. I will not be back.

    Chef didn’t do anything special to entertain the kids. Not interactive. Ordered appetizers and they never came. No acknowledgement of a birthday they asked about. Food was decent but definitely shorted items.
