Bienvenue chez Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres ! Installés autour d'une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous présentera ses talents dans l'art ancien du Teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité de savoureux mets qui vous sont proposés (bœuf, poulet ou fruits de mer) et à vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter avec un cocktail signature. Benihana Troy est situé sur Big Beaver Road, entre Crooks Road et Coolidge Highway, près de la Somerset Collection et du Somerset Park Golf Course. L'entrée et le stationnement sont situés à l'arrière du bâtiment. Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés à toute facture pour les groupes de huit personnes ou plus. Les réservations ne sont disponibles que dans la zone du teppan (salle à manger principale). Afin de satisfaire tout le monde, les réservations ne sont pas acceptées pour le bar à sushi ou pour l'espace lounge.

Worst restaurant experience my daughter and I have ever had. I’m making a corporate complaint as well against Chandler and the waitress that “served” us but with so much disrespect and contempt. We drive 3 hours to done at Benihana. We made a late reservation for 11PM, with no warning that the restaurant closed at 11. My daughter, out of curiosity happened to google operation times and found the restaurant actually closed at 11PM. Our GPS noted we would arrive until 11:03PM, my daughter called to inquire about the conflicting arrival time. Another detail to add is that we specifically made our reservation for the table grill side. The employee that answered the phone was rude and essentially said they will not leave the door open for the additional 3 minutes it would take us to arrive. After speaking with the manager, we were guaranteed a spot at the grill table. I dropped my daughter off at the door at 10:59PM, she checked in while I parked. I entered at 11:02PM. My daughter was still standing at the front. I saw the host (a male) print a receipt and attempt to sit us in private dining. I immediately spoke up and reverberated the same message I received from the manger a couple minutes prior. Another male, Chandler and a middle aged waitress inserted themselves as an attempt to inform us that we could only eat in the private dining area. Another waitress walked about and said, “she walked on here right at 11” speaking about my daughter which was still incorrect as my daughter walked in at 10:59PM. They cornered us and continued arguing their point, asked to speak with the manager. Apparently she informed them to sit us on the girll side. When we entered, to our surprise there were 3 other young ladies at the time who were waiting for the grill cook to come out. So they not only had space but it wasn’t that we were interrupting a cook in progress. Chandler and the middle-aged waitress (who ended up being our waitress) then brought several staff over to glare.

We usually have a good time at this location but it seems like a change in management has occurred and they haven’t prepared the staff well for success. Our server was very nice and accommodating to our table but she was new and you could easily tell she had been overwhelmed with the pace of the place. Our food orders were mixed up and we had to send the items back a few times before they were right. Our Chef was rude and gave out wrong food orders and was very dismissive when we corrected him. Overall it was a very poor experience this time.

I really enjoy every time I go to Benihanas food is really good , the down side is they don’t have enough stuff we have too wait an hour to get a chef and after we where done have to wait for the waitress to bring the bill and some containers to put the leftovers

Hostess was rude, everyone seemed to be aggravated when asked a question. Food was excellent, drinks expensive.

The Benihana experience is so much more improved from what I’ve experienced before! Our server, Bee, was great! She was prompt, attentive, welcoming, and kind. I would forego dinner in the main area just to be waited on by her. She is a jewel! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks, Bee!

$1000 dinner for 10 people and the chef did not speak once. It took him almost 2 hours to cook the meal with no show at all. Not one item tossed or any fun to be had. We had a birthday and they gave us ice cream with no candle, no singing. We ordered an expensive bottle of wine from the wine steward. It was no opened table side but brought over open with champagne glasses for red wine. We would never come back here.

It was fun. Our waitress, China, was so helpful and considerate. Mauricio (spelling) prepared our food with flare (and fire). It was delicious and like i said, fun.

I was very disappointed last night. I came for my birthday. 🎂 I order Surfside. It has gone up tremendously, now $43. I ordered it and when the chef came with the food, he told me that were out of calamari. Very late to advise. Said would give me extra scallops. I think I got 2 extra. Disappointed in $43 meal.
