Bienvenue chez Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres ! Installés autour d'une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous présentera ses talents dans l'art ancien du Teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité de savoureux mets qui vous sont proposés (bœuf, poulet ou fruits de mer) et à vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter avec un cocktail signature. Benihana Troy est situé sur Big Beaver Road, entre Crooks Road et Coolidge Highway, près de la Somerset Collection et du Somerset Park Golf Course. L'entrée et le stationnement sont situés à l'arrière du bâtiment. Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés à toute facture pour les groupes de huit personnes ou plus. Les réservations ne sont disponibles que dans la zone du teppan (salle à manger principale). Afin de satisfaire tout le monde, les réservations ne sont pas acceptées pour le bar à sushi ou pour l'espace lounge.

Great service and food to celebrate with family! We made a reservation in the small bar area as my dad has hearing difficulties and it was easy to hear and visit with everyone during our meal. Our food was prompt except for a noodle dish that came very late but the server provided extra rice for the individual and was very apologetic.

Do not come here. The place was terribly mismanaged. We went for my son’s birthday. From the time we sat down until the time drinks arrived it was 45 minutes. The chef didn’t arrive at our table until one hour after we were seated. Then the orders were wrong across the entire table, not just our party. The chef was very slow and kept leaving the table. The wait staff wasn’t supporting him. There was no ambiance or entertainment which is half the reason groups come to Benihana. After two hours of finally getting what we ordered, we had to box it up and eat it in the car because we didn’t have time to eat it before going to our next family commitment. This was 2 hours wasted. Save yourself and your friends and family. Don’t do it.

Our chef, Tom was very fun and extremely educational. It was entertaining listening to him. He informed about things I didn’t know regarding the restaurant and the food.

The food was horrible. No flavor. No taste. The chef looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. He burned the egg and served us krispy rice. Who does that?? This was just a horrible experience wasn’t happy at all this time.

Our food was excellent, the cook was awesome. Our waitress kept disappearing, not really attentive. I also didn’t like that a service dog was in our area at another table. I felt that party could have been in an area to themselves.

We went with a group of family to Benihana for our birthday celebration. Our chef was amazing and so entertaining. Food was wonderful and we had a great evening.
