Bienvenue chez Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres ! Installés autour d'une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous présentera ses talents dans l'art ancien du Teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité de savoureux mets qui vous sont proposés (bœuf, poulet ou fruits de mer) et à vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter avec un cocktail signature. Benihana Troy est situé sur Big Beaver Road, entre Crooks Road et Coolidge Highway, près de la Somerset Collection et du Somerset Park Golf Course. L'entrée et le stationnement sont situés à l'arrière du bâtiment. Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés à toute facture pour les groupes de huit personnes ou plus. Les réservations ne sont disponibles que dans la zone du teppan (salle à manger principale). Afin de satisfaire tout le monde, les réservations ne sont pas acceptées pour le bar à sushi ou pour l'espace lounge.

This most recent experience wasn’t up to par with how my visits usually go. Maybe it was because it was later in the evening or lack of staff, but the service was very slow. It took almost 30 minutes just for water and drinks to be brought out. Our server and chef were very professional, thankfully. However, the dining room was also not the cleanest, with paper and trash on the floor by our seats and the grill still being dirty once the chef came out to prepare our food. I am disappointed because I came to celebrate my birthday with my family. I’m not in a rush to return to this location again.

Great chef and waitress. Their level of attention to detail and overall performance was great to see. It was my son's 18th birthday, and they made it special.

I was very surprised that we had to keep asking our chef to do any tricks that every single chef had done in the past 16 years. He did not wasn't to converse or entertain anyone at the table. I kept reminding him that my order was medium rare on the steak and he still did it well done like the others at the table requested. They did bring a new steak and it was cooked to order which I took home because everyone was done eating. It was not enjoyable. Extremely expensive as the potions have gotten ridiculously small.

I took a party of six to Benihana to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday, anticipating the fun experience we were used to. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. It took a long time to be seated, which we understood given the staffing situation, but we also didn't receive part of our order. While this wasn't on our bill and we chose not to make a fuss, the biggest letdown was the absence of the typical Benihana experience, especially for the excited kids at our table. There were no entertaining tricks or special touches, and the food was extremely bland—so much so that we had to ask for soy sauce, salt and pepper. My fiancé and I are regulars at Benihana, visiting at least twice a month, and this was one of our worst experiences. While I might have overlooked it as an adult, the subpar service left the children, particularly the birthday boy, quite disappointed.

I was surprised to see how much the prices increased since our last visit in May. Also thought the quality of the steak was lowered; never saw such a thin (and chewy) piece of strip steak before!

Not the Benihana I remember. Slow service - 6:30 reservation, seated after 7, order taken at 7:15. Half the reason for Benihana is the hibachi show. Nice enough chef, but zero show for our table. Food was over-cooked and WAY over-salted. Overall, couldn’t have been more disappointed. We’ll go to Kyoto’s in Clawson next time.

This was the best meal/experience we have had at Benihana's in like 5+ years! The chef was nice, friendly, did the hibachi show/tricks. Food was good. Everything was mostly timed right.
