Bienvenue chez Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres ! Installés autour d'une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous présentera ses talents dans l'art ancien du Teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité de savoureux mets qui vous sont proposés (bœuf, poulet ou fruits de mer) et à vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter avec un cocktail signature. Benihana Troy est situé sur Big Beaver Road, entre Crooks Road et Coolidge Highway, près de la Somerset Collection et du Somerset Park Golf Course. L'entrée et le stationnement sont situés à l'arrière du bâtiment. Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés à toute facture pour les groupes de huit personnes ou plus. Les réservations ne sont disponibles que dans la zone du teppan (salle à manger principale). Afin de satisfaire tout le monde, les réservations ne sont pas acceptées pour le bar à sushi ou pour l'espace lounge.

When I made the reservations I specified that one person was vegan. I also told our waitress when I ordered my food. First, she didn’t bring my drink out that I ordered but she brings everybody else’s. The waitress brings me two salads in place of my soup, and didn’t ask me if I wanted a soup, but brings everybody else’s a soup and salad, everyone soup was so salty that they couldn’t even eat it. Everyone complained about it to her. I asked her to bring me a miso soup then she did it was fine. I had to ask for forks and straws none was at the table. The salad only had lettuce and two cherry tomato and Ginger dressing no carrots no purple cabbage shreds. While placing my order I asked her can my food be cooked first, because I don’t eat meat and dairy. I ordered double rice for both of us with our dinner, two was chicken fried rice and two was vegetable fried rice no eggs, and she only had me down for one fried rice. The chef man came to cook our food but started with two chicken breast and vegetables for the fried rice. I told the chef my food supposed to be cooked first he had an attitude talking about he goes by the order that’s on the receipt. Then he removed the chicken with the same spatula cross-contamination that he touched the vegetables with. Then he cleaned the grill off and started to cook my tofu but then cracked two eggs next to my food for the fried rice and I told him my fried rice was without no eggs and he got mad again hollering at me. He then proceeded to take the eggs off the grill and throw them away. Touching everything with the same spatula cross-contamination. Then I said at this point I don’t want anything my dinner date was ruined I asked for the manager. The manager apologized and we left he did take care of our two drinks at the table, but that’s all I was accommodated with. We was there for an hour and 1/2. I drove 1 hour round trip. Messed up our day and dinner.

Nha was the chef tonight! He did a fantastic job of cooking and entertaining! I was there for my birthday and the whole experience was great! The waitress was attentive and kept the drinks filled which I greatly appreciate and I give it five stars!

better than pervious experience. greeter’s customer service could use some work but waitress and chef were great. food was great as always.

The food was very good. The server forgot the silverware but other than that the overall experience was good.

Not the old Benihana. Mentioned a few times it was a birthday for a little boy. No song. Server was great. Chef needs to work on presentation skills. Decent cook. Smoky when others were cooking. Walls were dirty. Probably will go to other locations first.

This most recent experience wasn’t up to par with how my visits usually go. Maybe it was because it was later in the evening or lack of staff, but the service was very slow. It took almost 30 minutes just for water and drinks to be brought out. Our server and chef were very professional, thankfully. However, the dining room was also not the cleanest, with paper and trash on the floor by our seats and the grill still being dirty once the chef came out to prepare our food. I am disappointed because I came to celebrate my birthday with my family. I’m not in a rush to return to this location again.
