Bienvenue chez Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité de savoureux mets qui vous sont proposés (bœuf, poulet ou fruits de mer) et à vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter avec un cocktail signature. Benihana Troy est situé sur Big Beaver Road, entre Crooks Road et Coolidge Highway, près de la Somerset Collection et du Somerset Park Golf Course. L'entrée et le stationnement sont situés à l'arrière du bâtiment. Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés à toute facture pour les groupes de huit personnes ou plus. Les réservations ne sont disponibles que dans la zone du teppan (salle à manger principale). Afin de satisfaire tout le monde, les réservations ne sont pas acceptées pour le bar à sushi ou pour l'espace lounge.

    The service was absolutely abysmal. We waited 40 minutes for a drink. We had to go ask a manager for a second drink. The waitress was MIA. Our checks took 30 minutes. The waitress was rude and surly. She yelled at a man at the next table because he asked when the chef was coming to cook the meal. That entire table got up and left because they waited so long. This is the third time in a row the service has been nonexistent. We won’t be back for a fourth time. We love the food but it was Monday night and it took 2 1/2 hours and we didn’t even have dessert offered to us. Incredibly poor service.

    Having disappointed it was my daughter 16th and service was horrible. The waitress was good she did what she could but it took over an hour for a cook to come and people that came afterwards were service before us it was like 2-3 tables that came well afterwards but ate before our table. I had people that were late for work because of the timing. No care or nothing for my party. Food was not the best and I love Benihanas I will not be returning

    The food was excellent. It’s a must try. My favorite location is Troy.

    One one waitress but she was great. Drinks were very slow to come out. Chef was great. Food was great.

    I would recommend the grill and watch the food being cooked. That is a big part of the experience for myself. I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant.

    hostess on duty seemed disinterested in her duties. waited over 30 minutes for table despite open table reservation. Waited another 30 minutes to place order and get drinks. food was ok and chef did good job.

    My wife and I usually do hibachi for our anniversary, we went to Benihana on 7/8/24 in Troy Michigan and were shocked to see the decline of the restaurant. Bathrooms were dirty , floors were not clean, and the atmosphere was not inviting as it was prior. Now, for the dining experience, the food was so over cooked, over seasoned, EXTREMELY expensive for what you receive, and our cook was not authentic nor entertaining. With our meal it was supposed to come with green tea and ice cream as it should when entrees push 50 dollars, it was not offered to us only the bill. We are very disappointed and will not be returning.

    Our grill master was fantastic, very friendly and food was good. However our waitress wasn’t that great. We were served warm beer. Our plates were obviously dirty and we had to ask for clean ones. The restaurant seems like it needs to be cleaned.

    We have zero complaints about the food quality, taste or the way it was prepared. Our chef did an excellent job. Our complaints are regarding the wait time even though we had a reservation, and all other aspects of the service were very slow. Most importantly I did not like that my credit card was taken out of my sight in order to process the payment for our meal. And it took an unusually long time for the server to bring the card back. Our table mates were also commenting about their discomfort with that.

    Hostess was not friendly. The food was good but they forgot some of our courses for our meal. We ordered the Trio and the Emperor’s feast and we did not get our appetizer for that meal. They also did not give us our ice cream but we reminded the waitress before we left. Skyy was an awesome waitress though despite this.
