Bienvenue sur Benihana : une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Nos hôtes sont assis en groupes à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel effectuera l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Admirez-le trancher, couper en dés et préparer un repas qui éblouira vos yeux et vos papilles, que vous choisissiez le steak-qui-met-l'eau-à-la-bouche, le tendre poulet ou les succulents fruits de mer. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Benihana Torrance est une icône dans la South Bay. Il a ouvert ses portes en 1981 et continue depuis à offrir à la communauté une excellente nourriture, des boissons et des spectacles. Le restaurant est niché sur la Plaza Del Amo, au carrefour des boulevards Torrance et Hawthorne. Il dispose de 20 tables de teppanyaki et d'un bar à sushis récemment rénové, de même que d'un bar pour profiter du meilleur sushi en ville. Had a great experience at dinner. The food was delicious and Chef Eric was absolutely the best!! He had us all laughing at his jokes and had a great sense of humor !! Great guy!!

Food was great but service sucked. Spend $400 On food and they couldn’t even give us a scoop of icecream

There was a bit of a wait because it was very full. Our chef was Earl, and he was awesome!!

They overbook - so making a reservation seems really just to be a way to get your name on the waiting list.

Food not seasoned quality not good like other Benihanas I went to. Waiter takes to long to help you and bunched me in a small table in the middle, sitting was terrible.

We had Erik has our chef his food is always amazing. I’m closer to the Santa Monica Benihana’s, but I drive all the way up to Torrance to have the amazing experience. Thank you Erik

We had a large party of 10 booked for 8pm on a Monday night. Upon arrival we were told the table wasn’t quite ready and we’d have to wait 10 minutes. We didn’t get seated until 30 minutes after our reservation time! The hosts were unhelpful and didn’t communicate the reason for the delay and nothing was done to compensate our time. We were told there were parties “in front of us”. How does that make sense when you reserve? What’s the point in a reservation if you’re made to wait so long?? Once we got to the table, the server was slow to arrive the order wasn’t taken until 9pm. Our entire party was starving by then. Luckily our chef Naz was excellent and entertained the entire group. He was the highlight of the night, he had great humor and showmanship. Food was decent, we ordered teriyaki steak and teriyaki chicken. As great as Naz was however wasn’t enough to save the very poor experience at the start of the night and slow service. I wouldn’t come again.
