Bienvenue sur Benihana : une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Nos hôtes sont assis en groupes à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel effectuera l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Admirez-le trancher, couper en dés et préparer un repas qui éblouira vos yeux et vos papilles, que vous choisissiez le steak-qui-met-l'eau-à-la-bouche, le tendre poulet ou les succulents fruits de mer. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Benihana Torrance est une icône dans la South Bay. Il a ouvert ses portes en 1981 et continue depuis à offrir à la communauté une excellente nourriture, des boissons et des spectacles. Le restaurant est niché sur la Plaza Del Amo, au carrefour des boulevards Torrance et Hawthorne. Il dispose de 20 tables de teppanyaki et d'un bar à sushis récemment rénové, de même que d'un bar pour profiter du meilleur sushi en ville. First issue was that our reservation was at 6:30, but we weren't seated until 7:20. Overheard the hostess say they were overbooked. The food and show was great. Our chef, Kevin, was fun and did a great job. The restaurant itself needs work. Super filthy carpet floors and the bathroom doors looked awful and grimy. Not major stuff, but for the price of the food I'd except the place to be a bit more kept up.

Torrance: Very good food. The only bad thing I always notice is how filthy the women’s bathrooms are and how bad they smell.

Very good food and service as usual. I had a Long Island Ice Tea that was unusual tasting and not very good.

Came for my birthday and used my birthday treat coupon. Food and our chef was great! The bathroom at the Torrance location can use a little TLC like a fresh coat of paint on the door at least.. I think since prices on the entrees went up maybe the coupon can go up to like $35 or $40.
