Bienvenue sur Benihana : une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Nos hôtes sont assis en groupes à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel effectuera l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Admirez-le trancher, couper en dés et préparer un repas qui éblouira vos yeux et vos papilles, que vous choisissiez le steak-qui-met-l'eau-à-la-bouche, le tendre poulet ou les succulents fruits de mer. I love Benihana but last night the chef reminded me why I love coming to Benihana. It was such a great experience, it reminded me of the way it used to to be when they first opened. The chef Alex put on a spectacular show. He is what I envision when I think about what a chef should be. He is truly gifted.

Great time except for having to wait 20 mins for a table when we had a reservation

The restaurant was short on staffing, even though the comped appetizers, I don’t think it was enough for the extended wait times to be seated (40 minutes after reservation time), take orders(30 minutes after being seated) and just extended delays for everything. The waiter apologized the entire time, but the fact that nothing changed the entire time was just not acceptable and well below the standard that we have come to enjoy. Total time from beginning to end was just under 3 hours.

It’s embarrassing how they called my cell phone and accused me of not paying my bill. Just so they can tell me that they got confused and meant to call another party. And it’s embarrassing how one of the guest at our table got mad at the service that was provided to her because there waiter messed up her order and she decided to throw her drink across the grill and throw the glass across the wall and the glass shattered. Always a bad experience when I dine at this specific Benihana. Never again.

Generally we enjoy going; however, our last visit brought some disappointments. The floor was in red dirty when we were seated. For the second consecutive time, we had the same chef who lacked energy, excitement and all things that make the Benihana experience. To top it off, his food was under seasoned. We made note of his name and will be sure to request someone different next time.

We had a great time. It’s a little loud but that is to be expected. The food and service were great. You must make a reservation and all of your party must be present in order to be seated. Definitely a fun way to celebrate your birthday.

This is a communal dining experience and expect to take a few hours to have dinner. It is designed to be entertaining and it isn't designed for speed eating. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and food. Some folks will say it is slow and it isn't really if you consider each table sits 8 people even if your party isn't 8.

Our chef Earl was fantastic. Our group featured multiple children and he was able to cater to both kids and adults.
