Bienvenue sur Benihana : une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Nos hôtes sont assis en groupes à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel effectuera l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Admirez-le trancher, couper en dés et préparer un repas qui éblouira vos yeux et vos papilles, que vous choisissiez le steak-qui-met-l'eau-à-la-bouche, le tendre poulet ou les succulents fruits de mer. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Benihana Torrance est une icône dans la South Bay. Il a ouvert ses portes en 1981 et continue depuis à offrir à la communauté une excellente nourriture, des boissons et des spectacles. Le restaurant est niché sur la Plaza Del Amo, au carrefour des boulevards Torrance et Hawthorne. Disappointed, I had a reservation for 6 and they made us share the table with strangers, very bad experience bad customer service horrible

Good was good. Place is filthy. Bathrooms are disgusting. Needs to be cleaned up.

As always, the food was delicious. my only complaint is that I ordered extra zucchini and no mushrooms and didn’t get it. I guess it’s better if you get your order repeated back. Other than that, the servers and the chef were awesome. Sandra was so friendly and on top of everything. Eric was witty for the kids and just enough for the adults. Great experience 😍

I just felt the night I went was one of worse nights I’ve experienced there unfortunately. We had an 8:00 pm reservation for 2 for my birthday. We had to wait 20-25 minutes past our reservation to be seated (there was only one other couple at our table for the night). Then our chef didn’t start until close till 9. The service was just “ok”. The chef is what made the visit manageable. The restaurant was really dirty; the floor, tables, and restroom. I’ve had decent experiences here, but this night… not so much.

With a reservation, wait time is was 1 hour and 30 minutes wait. Restaurant was very dirty and had to ask management to clean area. Try to ask another chef for help at the table and chef for ignored the table and kept walking. Chef was reported to restaurant.

The service was horrible. The restaurant was overbooked and while i understand that could cause frenzy, the staff was not pleasant and it was very unwelcoming. This is my fav location to dine at , but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Came here for a friend’s birthday celebration. This location has always been hit or miss with me. It always depends on the chef and the host/waiter if you have a good experience. I took a risk tonight and ordered the Ocean treasure which has lobster, scallops and shrimp. It’s expensive and in the past they have overcooked and/or burnt them or forgot to serve me a portion entirely (like forgetting it comes with scallops). It has been a few months so I decided to try again. Happy to say that the lobster and scallops were cooked PERFECTLY. I love the garlic butter and mustard sauce. Unfortunately, the large shrimp were overcooked, but still edible. There were a lot of alterations that the chef had to keep up on with others at the table and he did his best. Things felt a little disorganized and probably since we have been frequent customers of Benihanas us knowing the routine/what to expect didn’t help. For example getting the sauces at the end instead of the meal instead beginning was off and the grill being even more messy than usual…tiny things that the chef will hopefully learn to improve on with practice. Overall I think he did well and cooking the expensive seafood perfectly mattered most to me. The wait staff was also very attentive and did their job well too. Because of them I will be returning.
