The waiter was slow and didn't know how to multi task more than one table. Then Jaylon spilt a water glass on the table didn't even clean it up we had to use our napkins to keep the water off us

We celebrated my daughter birthday everything was perfect except we couldn’t use her birthday coupon because it was a Saturday. And we didn’t know

Have dined at Benihana Sugarland multiple times and each time has been very good, including this one. This time however the sequence/delivery of the food was off. Got our appetizers in short order but the chef came over and started cooking our meal before we got our salad and soup as part of our order. Had to rush through eating the soup and salad in order to enjoy the show and the rest of the meal. Still enjoyed everything and will return to dine again.

Our chef Jesus put on a good show. Very happy w/ the food quality as well. Waitress also did a great job.

The service was horrible. Gave us a coke instead of saki I don’t know how that could be mixed up. Took forever to get napkins or refills. And I swear the portions are smaller
