I had a birthday certificate sent to me from benihana for $30 made a special trip to Stuart Florida from Sebastian Florida where I currently live and made a whole weekend out of it to experience the restaurant when I arrived it was on a Saturday after arriving they told me I could not use my $30 gift certificate because it's only good Monday through Thursday which it does not state that anywhere in the email but I went ahead and had lunch for two The food was okay the price was outrageous $140 that would was with a $20 tip because it's not the employee's fault that you guys take advantage of your customers they need to make money either way and I understand that but $120 for the food that we received is outrageous there is another hibachi restaurant in Vero Beach which is only about 20 minutes away from where we live in Sebastian and we've been there once or twice and the food is 100% better The service is 100% better and the atmosphere is 100% better and not to mention we went there for dinner not lunch on a Friday or a Saturday night if I believe and we had two alcoholic drinks and the bill was only $80 and that is with the tip so that is what I'm talking about your company takes advantage of people and I will tell everyone I know the experience that I've had with your restaurant and I hope and I honestly pray that your business goes under because it's wrong what you charge people for what you give them in return and if you send out a gift certificate for somebody's birthday to try to get them as a returning customer My advice is let them use the coupon whenever the hell they show up because most of the time they're traveling a long distance to get to your damn restaurant

This restaurant smelled really bad when we walked in and also looked dirty. We sat and waited to be called to our table with the foul smell and dirty looking floors in the lobby. Then we found out we waited for nothing because we had reserved a seat in the bar lounge which was empty. But all of the tables were dirty. We did not stay to eat. We left! Very disappointed with Benihana in Stuart.

Our server was exceptional, and chef Beatriz was excellent. We were there with friends during the slow time, and they were respectful that we didn't need to be entertained, but they did their jobs. The food and atmosphere were great, as always.

Food was good. Restaurant is starting to look a little run down. And the worst part of the experience is where we were sitting. 4 of us had direct view of 4-5 staff members on break just reading their phones, bored and or chatting with each other sitting down at a table. It took away from the ambiance for sure. Our waiter Sebastian was very nice.

Went there with friends to have dinner and they tried to shove us at a table with eight other people trying to make 11 people at the table no room for anybody to sit. I told the girl that was seating us. There's no way all of us are going to be able to fit here and she just stared at me and didn't say anything. So we got up and went downstairs to the regular tables. All of them were dirty. Nobody cleans up anything there. Nobody even acknowledged that we were trying to get a table to sit at so we just walked out over to another hibachi place down the road that was a much better experience

There were 8 of us celebrating my husband's birthday. Celina was an excellent server and Felix our chef served us a wonderful meal. They were friendly, and attentive to all our needs.

I enjoy Benihana. I’ve been many times to different locations. But this location is my least favorite. Doesn’t seem as clean and there’s a horrible garbage odor when you walk in the door that continues inside the dining area. If it wasn’t for the cool people at our table I would have given it a lessor rating. The server was ok. She seemed to forget about us after the check was paid and didn’t come back with the sauces for the to go bag. Won’t be back any time soon. I was more than fair with the ratings.
