    After taking the family out for lunch we put in an order to go. After arriving home we noticed they gave us someone else’s order, after my wife calling them and explaining them the mistake they told her that the manager would call her back in an hour. Two days later they still haven’t called our hole family been going there for years but we decided not to go there again, when there’s a problem and a manager doesn’t try to address the issue that tells me they don’t care

    My waiter Aniya was excellent. She had a positive attitude, and perceived to love what she do. We didn’t have to call her if she needed help, she was already in the vicinity. She made sure our cups were filled, and that our needs were met. However, the cook for the day didn’t have a positive attitude. I never got my vegetables, and my friend gave me hers. Another lady asked for zucchini only, no onions, and he caught an attitude about it. Our rice was hard and tasteless. My chicken was seasoned, and our food was very tasteless. I’ve been here a few times, and never have I ever had this experience. To me, this was a waste of $40. I did not have a great experience food wise. As for Aniya, she’s the best host I had here!

    I enjoy dining at Benihana, but I'm consistently frustrated by the lack of respect for reservations. Despite booking in advance, I often end up waiting for an hour, which is both annoying and disappointing. It makes me question why they even bother accepting reservations if they can't honor them on time.

    Terrible service. Reservation for 1:00, seated at 1:20 and didn’t get drinks til 2:15. If you don’t have the staff, don’t accept the reservations.

    We sat in the bar area to take advantage of a sushi special. Not my typical fare, but despite a hectic night at the bar, our server took the time to explain what each roll included. The food was very good, and we had a lovely evening

    Your basic hibachi spot. The restaurant needs a good cleaning, the floors & tables are sticky and if you sit in the bar area you can smell the bathroom. Obviously the food comes out fresh, hot, and has nice portions.

    The tables and chairs need to be cleaned better. The menus were sticky and the floor has seen some better days. The entertainment was great and the food was pretty good!

    I had a reservation for 8pm. My family & I arrived at 7:50pm & I was told we would have to wait 45mins to an hour. This is unacceptable given I had a reservation. We were not seated until 9:10pm

    I walk in with a reservation at 7:15 and sat down at 8 pm. They were understaffed and the hibachi cook had the heat on too high and burnt all of our food
