Went for happy hour. We were seated 20-30 mins after checking in,(just 2 of us). There was a woman with 2 of her children who were finishing up and 2 ladies who were seated before we were got there. The waitress was nice. Keep in mind the restaurant was pretty much empty. We ordered our food. We waited atleast a 45 mins for our food which came out around the same time as the 2 ladies who were there before us. The food was good. However they served cheeseburgers but no condiments. Sonya (the waitress) stated ketchup was scarce but she’ll try to find me some. It was never mentioned again. So I saved it for lunch. After finishing our food I realized she hadn’t brought out the wings I’d ordered. When I brought it to her attention she stated (NOW KERP IN MIND HOW LING WE WAITED FOR THE FOOD WE DIS RECEIVED AND THE TIME WE TOIK TO EAT THE FOOD) after the checking in back she was told the wings were frozen and had to thaw out and if I still wanted them it would be about 20 mins..the 20mins turned into 1/2 hr or more. The place was EMPTY. Even in the back where the grills are we just about empty (maybe 2-3 grills being used. There was no reason for the long wait. There was no apology from management, nothing. The service as a whole.. SUCKED The food was good.

We got there early, took about 30 minutes to sit down for our reservation. Food was good, server was great! He was always checking on us & very kind. Definitely he was the added bonus.

Will not return...reservations were for 7p...we were seated 745p, ordered food 840p, finally eating 915p...kids were hungry...

Even though we had a reservation we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. Then we waited another 15 before we had drinks served. Place was packed and uncomfortably loud with screaming kids all over the place. Food was ok not bad not great. Our waitress said they were short staffed and our hibachi cook seemed upset. Not a fan not returning here. Sorry

Great cook! I believe his name is Raphael. Everything was delicious. He paid attention to all requests and didn't miss any. He exhibited wonderful tricks and made the evening fun. We had the chateaubriand, colossal shrimp, chicken, scallops, chicken fried rice, and the rainbows sherbet. Of course, the salad with ginger sauce and onion soup were excellent too.

Server could do a bit better Be more personable and attentive to detail. The gentleman has to have been there a long time If I'm not mistaken he's served me years ago The chef was amazing (Octavio) So here's how it went I came with a group of 9 and just wanted top of the line service if I'm spending over $500 for my family experience As a server receiving $100 on average for 15 minutes of service BE MEMORABLE I don't even know the guys name Don't even care to look at the receipt to single him out He made so many mistakes and was so lackluster I felt a little embarrassed for him at the end. Take an order properly Be personable Make it fun Clear the table Bring drinks It's really quite easy The man messed up my drink order Brought my daughter's chicken fingers (kids order) that was put in on time super late. I know this because Octavio the chef before he started confirmed everyone's order which means more than likely it was just sitting in the back for 20 minutes because all of the other food came out for the other 3 kids. Well before the show got even halfway in Chef might've been maybe 5 minutes in. Server kept giving me gingerale Charging me for gingerale too after my only order was for water. I left it alone. At the end of the meal because I barely saw him after the first round of drinks. I told him it was my 7 yr old daughter and 10 yrs olds sons birthday this week He says O Happy Birthday (real dreary and low toned) and keeps on movingto wrapping up the order. I had to call him back to ask him if they wish the kids happy birthday and ordered desert for the table. Brought dessert and didn't attempt to clear the table but he did sing happy birthday alone and gave my daughter one of the shakers which was cool. I was lost after that point. Do better buddy You slipped on the first round of drinks too

I've been going to Benihana for years, and I will never go back. The food portions have gotten significantly smaller, and the prices have stayed the same or even increased. I understand inflation, but a palm full of noodles and still paying full price for a side of noodles is crazy. Or 3 baby shrimp in the shrimp fried rice is ridiculous. I'm done with this place.
