The food for three of five dishes were incorrect and the chef kept going even when told and were still charged with everything. Also, everyone didn’t get the standard Shrimp app with their hibachi dishes

Excellent service by polite and friendly personnel at Benihana. Excellent display of skills and expertise in the use of cooking tools by Chef Rafael that was truly entertaining. We had a delicious meal!

It was my birthday so I had a good time. Everything was great except 1 fruit flies at the bar and 2. Extremely sticky tables. I see there’s new management and that’s a plus otherwise perfect

The wait was good. All of the staff was pleasant. Where I was sitting smelled like a dirty rug. Food was ok. Slightly bland. The drinks were good.

Service and wait time leave much to be desired. We were seated 40minutes after our reservation time. Our food order was taken 20minutes after we were seated. Our chef arrived 30minutes after that. We did not receive our soup and salad until we reminded them after our chef arrived to start cooking. Very unpleasant experience for a meal that took with 5 exhausted children at the end of a 2.5hr! Would not like to go back there again or recommend this location to anyone.

Jayla was rude - my order was wrong and the steak was fatty which is an issue when they don’t give you a knife to eat with.

The food was not seasoned like other Benihana locations. The chef mixed up the orders. While correcting, he placed my family member’s plate on the griddle. When he handed it back to her, she burned her fingers. The staff was attentive to her, but this shouldn’t have happened. Lastly, although the receipt says 18% gratuity will be added, it was not included in the printed balance due. Seems pretty deceptive, especially when it’s manually entered upon receipt of payment. This was not the usual Benihana experience.

After taking the family out for lunch we put in an order to go. After arriving home we noticed they gave us someone else’s order, after my wife calling them and explaining them the mistake they told her that the manager would call her back in an hour. Two days later they still haven’t called our hole family been going there for years but we decided not to go there again, when there’s a problem and a manager doesn’t try to address the issue that tells me they don’t care
