Le Benihana vous invite à vivre une expérience culinaire incomparable. Assis en groupe autour d'une table commune, vous pourrez observer votre chef personnel pratiquer l'art ancien du teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef préparera sous vos yeux de délicieux steaks et d'excellents plats de poulet ou de fruits de mer, pour le plus grand plaisir de vos pupilles et de vos papilles. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushis cuisinés par un chef talentueux, ainsi que des cocktails maison. Le Benihana de Scottsdale est installé à proximité de parcours de golf de championnat, de spas luxueux et du Westworld, qui accueille chaque année le championnat des pur-sang arabes et les célèbres enchères automobiles Jackson-Barrett. Le restaurant est situé sur la Promenade, à l’angle des rues Scottsdale Rd. et Frank Lloyd Wright Drive. The service was not the best and our chef did not seem too into the cooking experience of it all.

Our waiter was very absent, we did not get refills or bar drinks for 10 minutes after ordering them, and after we were done eating we did not see her for 20 minutes to get the check. The table we were sat at was freezing, the party next to us also was shivering the entire time. The chef who prepared our meal was very unorganized and did not time the food out so most items were either burnt or under cooked. Very disappointing as we usually have a great experience here.

This visit to Benihana was a lot better from the our visit about a month or two ago. The food was great as usual and is what keeps us coming back. The service was pretty good, with one hiccup. My daughter ordered a drink, it was never received or even input into the ordering system because the server admitted she forgot. It was a good visit overall.

We were very happy with the service and our meal was delicious. Our server promptly greeted us then brought beverages and then our soup and salad after taking our order. The chef arrived as we were finishing our salad and began cooking our main course, entertaining us along the way. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

It is pricey but usually worth the experience. We were a table of 10. Half of us ordered the 6 course meal and they did not give the ice cream or offer the green tea that is included in the price per their menu. Usually we get a small variety of vegetables and this time we only got zucchini. Bill came in at $630 before tip. This had 5 alcoholic drinks on it and just seemed very pricey overall compared to how it was last year

Our chef (Daryl?) and waitress (Alexis) were two of the best ever -- and we come there A LOT. Food was perfect and Alexis was on top of everything going on at our table. She was a pleasure. We just spent two months in Michigan and went to the Benihana on Haggarty at least 3 times and what a difference. It is like a whole other planet. You should have the AZ people train their staff. The problems were many and repeated every visit. It was so good to be back at N Scottsdale again. And these two gave us a great experience for my husband's birthday.
