Le Benihana vous invite à vivre une expérience culinaire incomparable. Assis en groupe autour d'une table commune, vous pourrez observer votre chef personnel pratiquer l'art ancien du teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef préparera sous vos yeux de délicieux steaks et d'excellents plats de poulet ou de fruits de mer, pour le plus grand plaisir de vos pupilles et de vos papilles. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushis cuisinés par un chef talentueux, ainsi que des cocktails maison. Le Benihana de Scottsdale est installé à proximité de parcours de golf de championnat, de spas luxueux et du Westworld, qui accueille chaque année le championnat des pur-sang arabes et les célèbres enchères automobiles Jackson-Barrett. Le restaurant est situé sur la Promenade, à l’angle des rues Scottsdale Rd. et Frank Lloyd Wright Drive. We had reservations at 6:45pm but didn’t get seated until 8:30pm.

Our experience was horrible service was super slow , the vent for the smoke above us must have been broken because it was so smoky in my face the whole night I was coughing it was gross my glasses were full of grease it was horrible!!! Service was the worst very slow and forgetful! I asked about the fan twice and was ignored! Just had to endure the smoke it’s never been like that when we go to Benihana’s. We will not be going back and will make sure to tell everyone who asks how it was that it was horrible and to not go! Was not worth the money and it’s crazy expensive for the experience and horrible service! Get better Benihanas if you are going to charge so much!

Had to wait almost an hour after our reservation time to be seated but once seated it was a wonderful experience.

Service was good but it was slow being seated even though we had a reservation. Need to allow at least 45 minutes to be seated. I felt sorry for families with kids.

Horrible time was waiting for 2 hours for food and another 30 minutes just to get a box and the check couldn't even enjoy the food because they got it wrong and it took another 1 hour minutes just for them to put it on the grill ended up not eating because by the time they told us they were putting it in the grill it was 11:15 we got in at 8:30

We had a reservation at 6pm - 20 mins had gone by and went to the hostess station and they informed us they are running 40 mins behind it would of been nice if they had informed us of that. Our server was extremely slow and the cook was ok. Have been coming to this location for 20 years and last night was the worst service and the people not informing of us that they were running behind it ruined the entire evening.

Waited 40 minutes before we got a server and another 20 for drinks. Dylan put our order in wrong for drinks and food. Ordered a drink with pomegranate and he asked if grenadine was ok? Cook took an hour plus cooking our food and he was obviously new. No tricks or show at all. Left before ice cream was offered, didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for it.
