Le Benihana vous invite à vivre une expérience culinaire incomparable. Assis en groupe autour d'une table commune, vous pourrez observer votre chef personnel pratiquer l'art ancien du teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef préparera sous vos yeux de délicieux steaks et d'excellents plats de poulet ou de fruits de mer, pour le plus grand plaisir de vos pupilles et de vos papilles. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushis cuisinés par un chef talentueux, ainsi que des cocktails maison. Le Benihana de Scottsdale est installé à proximité de parcours de golf de championnat, de spas luxueux et du Westworld, qui accueille chaque année le championnat des pur-sang arabes et les célèbres enchères automobiles Jackson-Barrett. Le restaurant est situé sur la Promenade, à l’angle des rues Scottsdale Rd. et Frank Lloyd Wright Drive. Great service, exactly what you'd expect from Benihana. Food was iffy. Salad was not good. Usually the ginger dressing said is a high point, but this one was really not good. There food itself was flavorful, not bad. The ice tea ice cream was very wired. Metal after taste... And the upcharge for fried rice and was a bit excessive given that cost of the meal Overall we had fun, and again our server lady was awesome.

They were behind on reservations but it’s New Year’s Eve so understandable. Service was great!

It’s always a great experience but yesterday there was a lot of things off. I was told that I can sit at the bar with my 11 yr old which was in accurate. We were kicked out the bar and had to wait. So much for reservations. Cook kept forgetting things and messing up order. There was a huge spill over my shoes. Take out took forever for a small rice. Sapporo was all out. Just not the best of my experience.

Great service and good food but at the price of a high end steakhouse. Charging $7 to put very little chicken in the fried rice was a little too much as well as a $15 beer

It turns out that your reservation time is just the time you can check into the queue . We arrived at 7pm for our reservation time and were told we’d be sat shortly. After asking for several updates, we were finally sat at 8:15pm. Waiting over an hour is inexcusable! We also ordered the meals which were supposed to come with white rice and tea but were never served either. Oversight because of how busy the restaurant was. Won’t be running back anytime soon… this place is too expensive to have such appalling service.

Staff and chefs were very polite and fun, but the restaurant is very clearly horribly mismanaged. Service suffered due to bad management decisions which was 100% NOT the fault of the staff. Employees were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to exceedingly long wait times for overall dinner service and slow food and drink delivery. Our reservation was confirmed with the entire party of 2 present at 6:30pm on a Sunday. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes to be seated for our confirmed reservation. We sat down at 7:10 and didn’t finish dinner until 9:45. Had to ask multiple times for drinks, it would take 30m for a soda or cocktail to come to the table, dirty cups, plates and bowls sat uncollected for half of the meal often stacked up awaiting collection. At the end of the meal, I tapped my credit card without inspecting the bill closely but thought the amount seemed a little high. Double checked the receipt in the car and I had been charged not only for our meal but for the other party of 2 next to us - an overage of $120 not including tip that had to be refunded to our card. The food was good, but the experience was a solid one star and we won’t be returning.

Food was great as always. Our chef just wasn’t very entertaining. We could’ve had a better experience there. Had 4 kids with us and barely interacted and didn’t put on much of show.
