Le Benihana vous invite à vivre une expérience culinaire incomparable. Assis en groupe autour d'une table commune, vous pourrez observer votre chef personnel pratiquer l'art ancien du teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef préparera sous vos yeux de délicieux steaks et d'excellents plats de poulet ou de fruits de mer, pour le plus grand plaisir de vos pupilles et de vos papilles. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushis cuisinés par un chef talentueux, ainsi que des cocktails maison. Le Benihana de Scottsdale est installé à proximité de parcours de golf de championnat, de spas luxueux et du Westworld, qui accueille chaque année le championnat des pur-sang arabes et les célèbres enchères automobiles Jackson-Barrett. Le restaurant est situé sur la Promenade, à l’angle des rues Scottsdale Rd. et Frank Lloyd Wright Drive. Made a reservation at 6:45, arrived at 6:45, finally got Sat at 8 o’clock and didn’t have a chef until 9 o’clock and didn’t get out of there until around 10 o’clock. Not the best experience, and I spoke with the manager and he told me there was nothing he could do they Are just mismanaged currently.

The cook never came to the station… we waited over an hour after being seated. Very poor experience overall.

Once we were finally seated, our experience was much better as our server and our chef were great. And the food was good. Biggest bummer was the start of our evening. We had a reservation for 6 o’clock, we were on time and yet waited almost an hour to be seated. That’s not right. What’s the point of having a reservation? We had plans to go to a movie after dinner, which we had to cancel.

Four of us ladies were celebrating the birthday of one of us. We had a 5:15 pm reservation but still had to wait until 5:45 pm. Once we were seated we had to wait for the staff to add a couple of more people. Luckily they put two more ladies with us and we all enjoyed meeting each other and having a fun dining experience. The entertainment of the table chefs is great for a first time experience, which in our case was the birthday girl. We all had different main courses and all meals were good. The salmon was outstanding with its avocado tarter sauce. We all enjoyed the hibachi grilled vegetables. We decided to order the full 6 courses and thoroughly enjoyed the soup, salad, veggies, entrees and dessert. This is not a restaurant I would frequent but on special occasions it's a fun dining experience for the young, old and in between.

I’ve been coming to Benihana about 14+ years, The portions have become considerably smaller. And the prices tremendously expensive, Don’t think I will be able to fit next years visit in My Budget. Overall the Cook/Chef was Great, Hospitality was awesome. I celebrated My B’Day, and My Guest enjoyed their 1st visit there as well.

We had a great time. It was an extremely loud experience. Many children screaming, which is a parental issue, not the restaurant's, but not enjoyable. Our server and chef was great, but the gap of time between everyone fnishing their salad and the chef making an appearance was very long.

I frequent this restaurant and each time it gets less and less than the price tag calls for; it was very empty, maybe 5 tables and I was there for well over 2.5 hrs and had to get up and get my own drink refill from the bar… It will be a VERYYYYYY Long time before I return if Ever!!! You lost a longtime customer 😢

Chef was incredible. The food is always good. Menu is a bit expensive but it’s great quality stuff. My biggest complaints are the prices of the kids menu and the fried rice add-on charge that is advertised as a “small upcharge” that the server couldn’t quantify. And then the actual upcharge on the bill for this small side dish is the price of a full kids meal at many other places. I’m good with the $50 fancy steak dinner for adults. I’m not great with a $30 (each!) chicken kids meal for a 3 and 5 year old. The service (besides being unable to quantify menu pricing of their most popular meal upgrade) was also a bit annoying as we couldn’t get basic things like water outside of the servers regular rotation despite many requests and kids crying for water since we were out of it for 20 mins despite repeated requests. I physically approached our server at his stand twice and finally had to request a manager actually do it.
