Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel s'adonnera devant vous à l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, il élaborera devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous dégusterez également des sushis préparés par un maître talentueux et des cocktails de spécialités. Réservez la grande salle privée pour votre prochaine fête ou un événement rassemblant jusqu'à 35 personnes. We've been going to Benihana for more than 16 years to celebrate special occasions. We started going as a couple, then as husband and wife, and now we go as a family of 4. Food is always great and service is too. Prices have gone up a lot in the last 2-3 years, and we understand that's true for a lot of restaurants. However, the $30 offered for a bday certificate has remained the same. I feel they should increase this amount for guests since Benihana has increased their prices. They should offer guests $45.

Overall it was good, front staff needs to have better welcoming manners. Very dull and unwelcoming.

This was higher prices than other hibachi, I’ve been to and rice was extra which it usually comes with the hibachi

The food was good. The pricing is a bit high but overall, the food quality was good. They also charge the full amount for fried rice. 7.00 for chicken fried rice or 6.00 for vegetable fried rice if you want that instead of regular white rice.

We were sat and drink orders out in by 6:30pm, at 7:10pm we had to ask where our drinks were at. Once everything was cooked, we had to ask where our children’s corn was at for their kids meal. It is pretty sad when a child is crying because they are thirsty and not one staff member offered to help get our drinks and we still had to ask where the drinks were.

I recently visited Benihana for the first time, having enjoyed hibachi dining at other restaurants in the past, but this experience was nothing short of disappointing. Based on this visit, I won’t be returning, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. From the start, the service was lackluster. Our server was neither rude nor welcoming, and the pace of service was painfully slow, despite having only our party and one small group at the table. When the chef arrived, he greeted us with a quick “Konichiwa” and a few words in English, but then proceeded to speak exclusively in Spanish to the other family for the entire meal. I have no issue with people speaking Spanish, but it felt completely inappropriate to ignore our party and focus solely on them. To make matters worse, I understood everything he said and overheard him telling the other family he had extra steak, offering them much more food than we were given. The lack of entertainment and engagement was another huge letdown. There were no tricks, no exciting moments, and no interaction with the kids at the table—just a chef banging a spatula and fork together briefly before cooking the food. The fun and lively atmosphere typically associated with hibachi dining was completely absent. What truly left a bad taste in my mouth was the obvious preferential treatment. The chef kept giving the other family extra portions, repeatedly saying “extra para tu.” My child even asked why they were getting so much more food than we were. This was especially frustrating given that we paid $130 for one adult meal, one child’s meal, and two drinks. The portion of meat we received was shockingly small, and I felt completely shortchanged. To be clear, this experience was far below the standard I expected from a well-known restaurant like Benihana. It was frustrating to feel ignored and undervalued, and I would not recommend this location to anyone based on the treatment we received.

Food is good. Service was good. Presentation of cooking skills is not the show it used to be though. Only other thing I wish too is if server would tell you when ordering that if you wish to go with fried rice over white rice {which is included in meal} that it is a $7 upcharge per person. I just wish they would tell you that when you are ordering or include wording in menu like they have for every other type of upcharge. For a group of 8 it adds a bit to the cost.
