My server was a little abrasive. He was definitely not friendly and a finger snap from being rude.

Good experience…Order of food being served was different but still a good experience overall, but they forgot to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY lol.

Terrible!!!! Waited 40 minutes even with reservations. The restaurant is dirty. Smells. Long black hair found in salad. Will never go here again. Also horribly overpriced

Been celebrating birthdays for 30 years at Benihana.. It is not what it used to be. Quality of food is not as good, very noisy, waiting 30 minutes to be seated even tho the restaurant was 95% empty. Our chef was great! Very entertaining and showed he loved his job..

Antonio, our chef, was outstanding! He did tricks I have never seen! And I've been going to Benihana for decades since I was kid! He made my son's birthday extra special!😊

I went in to celebrate my birthday, Benihana called me at 4 pm to confirm my 5 pm reservation. We checked in at 5 and did not get seated until about 5:45, this seems to be common for this location. Fast forward to the food, our chef forgot about my sons chicken that went with his meal, which was a bit annoying. I had to ask for it before he walked away. I would suggest management do better at managing, most of the time the employs are hanging out in the back by the bathroom area.
