Been celebrating birthdays for 30 years at Benihana.. It is not what it used to be. Quality of food is not as good, very noisy, waiting 30 minutes to be seated even tho the restaurant was 95% empty. Our chef was great! Very entertaining and showed he loved his job..

I went in to celebrate my birthday, Benihana called me at 4 pm to confirm my 5 pm reservation. We checked in at 5 and did not get seated until about 5:45, this seems to be common for this location. Fast forward to the food, our chef forgot about my sons chicken that went with his meal, which was a bit annoying. I had to ask for it before he walked away. I would suggest management do better at managing, most of the time the employs are hanging out in the back by the bathroom area.

We decided to experience Benihana yesterday, first you enter and the reception smell very bad, staff feels tired and bored. The restaurant is so loud that you barely ear your waiter when he ask for your order. Chef was good and friendly, it was the only good thing this night. Then, our table hasn’t even finished our plate that the waiters bring us the check, people where still having a lot of food to eat… What a disaster

we got seated 30 minutes after our reservation and did not get food until 1.5 hours after our reservation. service was slow and when we brought this to management’s attention they were not helpful nor apologetic.

Three of the six Foreign Exchange Students at my High School had come back for our 50th Reunion and I wanted to give them some experiences that they never had before and coming to Benihana's was fantastic! The food was great, the service sublime, the entertainment factor was off the charts. It was a little difficult to hear as all of the tables were full, but that's part of the charm! A great time was had by all!
