Did not understand the concept of ‘communal sitting’ and don’t think I want to do it again - especially for a party of 5.

This is the closest Benihana to my parents’ house so we come here the most. We love the food! It is delicious and the show is always fun. Unfortunately, the service here has never been stellar. The wait to be seated is usually 15-20 minutes after our reservation time, and it often takes a while to get your order in and be served. The servers are friendly and appear to be trying their best, so I think it’s a staffing problem. Either that or we simply have bad luck the nights we eat there.

Great service and excellent food. The chef was fun and playful with my kids and the server was quick and kind. Wonderful experience for my husband’s birthday!

We had issues checking in with the receptionist. 2 people in our party arrived first and they checked in. When the rest of us arrived, we told him our party is complete. I gave him my name and last name and phone number but he kept on insisting we didn’t have a reservation and didn’t seem to plan to accommodate us. After showing him our reservation at Ooen Table app, he finally said he found it.

Wow , it was a fabulous experience for my friends and I. I have not been to Benihana in 10 years. It was chaotic , crazy , fun loud. The staff were friendly and nice. The Benihana chef “Mashu” was funny and entertaining and made me laugh with his corny jokes and his whistling to old music tunes. My friends enjoyed the fun experience. Also , my Filet mignon and Lobster tail were both cooked to perfection. So delicious. It was a fun night. Cheers.

Had reservation at 7:15. Sat down around 7:40. Understandable since it was busy. Server took our order at 8:10 and the chef showed up at 8:45. My 3 and 5 year old almost fell asleep waiting for their food. Needless to say, it was not a memorable dining experience for us, especially for it being the first time for our Lil ones. We took all of our food togo as soon as it was served , since it was near 9:30pm, and past our kids bedtime.
