We had a horrible experience, I am convinced this location is very poorly ran. The bathroom was very dirty, the tepan grill was messy on the ground and the portion size we received was very off. Our chef was not professional or fun, he didn’t seem to be on his game and after alerting them at the beginning of our seating I have a severe mushroom allergy, the chef disregarded this and when I pointed it out, he shrugged me off and said it would be fine… wow!!!!!! He also miscalculated and made smaller portions of our rice, forgot my steak, messed it up and had sunglasses on the whole time?? Why would the chef have sunglasses on???? Big mess. We informed the manager and If I were management, I would have taken our entire meal off. He discounted it slightly, I pushed back and it discounted some but not all. Overall, ruined my experience, won’t be back

It was my first time going to Benihana's so I wasn't prepared to be seated at a table with other people. It would've been cool for someone to ask, "Is this your first time here? This is what you'll experience." Another reason this would help is because I made reservations but we still had to wait for awhile to seated even though there were plenty of available tables. If it was explained to me that other guests would be seated at out table and that's why we had to wait, that would've been helpful.

It’s just to expensive it should have more reasonable prices so family can be able to enjoy more afore it

Our chef was great, keep all the teens in our party laughing and entertained. Our waiter on the other hand was a complete pain, unhappy and seem irritated as well as frustrated from the start. His mood didn’t change throughout our service. Food was same as always “ average” price has went up extremely. I believe you pay for the hibachi live cooking experience not the food.

Our chef was great, but everyone else that was working at this location was not friendly including our server and the two hostesses. Food was decent, but not worth the price.

We were seated late. After we were seated for approximately five minutes, we were told to return to the waiting area and we would be re-seated. Waited under 10 minutes to be seated. Waiter was slow. Ordered drinks and we were told the bar was back up so it to about 20 minutes to receive our drinks. We requested forks and we were told they were out. We then got up and got plastic forks from the to-go area. We've never had to eat at a nice restaurant with plastic forks. Very disappointing and we will not return to this Benihana.

Our food was insanely over-salted. We watched as our cook seasoned all our meats and veggies with a blanket layer of snow white salt. He was very entertaining and did an amazing unique job putting on a show. However we all could not finish our food because it was so salty, inedible. Was very disappointed, it made the $150 spent on 2 entrees a waste.
