Everything was ok still the Benihana we were used to the chef was great the front desk amazing he tried to fill up in lunch special even if 5 mins to 3pm much appreciated just one thing our server was off she didn’t even smile every time there’s a done plate she wants to pass it in her in a bit further too lazy to go around But everything was fine

The place just looks really rundown and kind of dingy. Looks like it needs a revamp service was fine but nothing spectacular.

Made reservations for 10:15pm on a Friday night but when we got there we were the only ones in there. We made bar reservations so we didn’t have to sit through the whole cooking show but when the host sat us one of the workers told him they couldn’t serve us food after 10pm at the bar. The host then sat us at the other tables then our waiter sat us back at the bar when she realized it was only two of us. If they don’t want to serve us after a certain time they shouldn’t allow reservations so late. Our waiter made up for the experience, she was very sweet. Ate in a hurry as I didn’t want to be a bother to the workers but food was great nonetheless.

Did not understand the concept of ‘communal sitting’ and don’t think I want to do it again - especially for a party of 5.

This is the closest Benihana to my parents’ house so we come here the most. We love the food! It is delicious and the show is always fun. Unfortunately, the service here has never been stellar. The wait to be seated is usually 15-20 minutes after our reservation time, and it often takes a while to get your order in and be served. The servers are friendly and appear to be trying their best, so I think it’s a staffing problem. Either that or we simply have bad luck the nights we eat there.

Great service and excellent food. The chef was fun and playful with my kids and the server was quick and kind. Wonderful experience for my husband’s birthday!
