came for my birthday. served my steak raw, and then served it again burnt. worst experience i’ve ever had at a hibachi restaurant. even the other guests were shocked. can thank shawn for that.

Seated more than 30 minutes after reservation, service slow, waitstaff lackluster, food was overpriced for quality. Special occasion barely acknowledged. Will not return.

Had a reservation for 8:45 and wasn’t seated until 9:30 . Service at the table was overall good.

Service MUST get better. Waitress was far more concerned with closing procedures than servicing table. Drinks took forever & once dropped off, the waitress didn’t return for large tracks of time while cook prepared food for table (8people)/ 3 separate parties hibachi style. We have been to 8-10 different Benihana location across the country. This would be a LOW PERFORMER as a corporate location.

celebrated my 75th birthday here with 7 other family & friends. the noise level was so loud that you had to yell to talk to anyone. very slow service & maybe not enough staff to handle the huge crowds in the large dining area. food was just ok. i ordered the noodles with vegetables as i am a vegetarian. noodles had a strange flavor & i didn't eat very much of this dish. favorite thing for me was the cooked onions & the mango coolata drink! wished i could have eaten more of the entree but i didn't like it.

The chef was awful. The food didn’t taste good and he wasn’t boring. We have had good chefs before so we know the difference. Absolutely awful experience for and too expensive for the experience. Ruined my daughter’s birthday.
