    I booked this restaurant back in June thinking it would be a great fit for my family. once we arrived in from the DC area. I was very disappointed with the lack of dress code. Don’t require certain dress wear, if you allow them to come in pajamas. I also think that if a person is paying 51 dollars for the grill, the portion sizes need to be a little bit more. The overall experience was just ok, but when you’re busy and you don’t have time to cater to everyone’s needs per guess, things can get sloppy.

    We had an 8:15 reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:45, and then chef didn’t come out until about 9:30. Our table was left with empty water glasses for most of the meal. The food was not nearly good enough for the price. Will not be coming back.

    Reservation at 8. Sat at 8:30. No food or drink until 9:10. A sour start. Very apologetic service staff, and a phenomenal chef (Jesse), who turned the night around. But they clearly couldn’t handle the volume and reservations with the team they had on that night. At $100/pp, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

    Service wasn’t very good. Our waitress was late in bringing our salads and didn’t come around to pick up salad bowls. Cook was nice but didn’t do any type of showing very vague not what I’m used to

    Very slow service. Food took a long time and was not at good temperature. They took an hour after they took our order to let us know there was no Wagyu burgers because the meat was not defrosted. They only had one person attending more than 6 tables. Overall not a good experience.

    Had reservations at 7:30 pm, made us wait 25 mins before seating which is unacceptable and ridiculous. The waiter for drinks didn't come back in a timely manner me and two of my kids wanting a refill on soda and had to wait about 15-20 mins before server came to check on us. There was no photo person to take a group photo which was disappointing. The chef was awesome and food was great though.
