Bienvenue au restaurant Benihana, qui vous fera vivre une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Ici, les clients sont tous installés ensemble, autour de grandes tables communes. Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par le talentueux chef et vous laisser tenter par un des cocktails de spécialité. Benihana est situé tout près du centre-ville de Salt Lake City, directement en face du Salt Palace Convention Center. Il est caché derrière le Janet Quinney Lawson Capitol Theatre, à distance de marche du temple Mormon de renommée mondiale. Benihana se trouve à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Salt Lake, et très populaire auprès des touristes, des congressistes et des skieurs. Hard to understand why Benihana is charging 7.00 per person for fried rice on top of a 40.00-50.00 meal? Used to be a part of the meal. We will not be returning, too many other choices around SLC.

The food was good but not great as previous visits. I think the cook and server were new as it appeared they were still learning.

The food is great, the dining experience is good. I don't know the point of a reservation if you still have to wait 45 min once you check in for your reservation. Isn't the point to show up to be seated within 10-15 min max.

This used to be my favorite place, but sadly it has really gone downhill. Even if you make a reservation six days in advance, you still waiting 45 minutes after your scheduled time. They need to find a better way to accommodate people who are making their appointment so far advance. our server had a very hard time speaking English and kept bringing us the wrong drink. Food is always good, but definitely will go to tempenyaki instead.

The chef totally ignored my party. We had to ask for our rice. Then we were not served the vegetables when everyone else got there’s. My bill was wrong. That was corrected by our server though very quickly. It was so disappointing. We had been looking so forward to going. I realize our family was not as larger as the other but it was as we were invisible.
