Bienvenue au restaurant Benihana, qui vous fera vivre une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Ici, les clients sont tous installés ensemble, autour de grandes tables communes. Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par le talentueux chef et vous laisser tenter par un des cocktails de spécialité. Benihana est situé tout près du centre-ville de Salt Lake City, directement en face du Salt Palace Convention Center. Il est caché derrière le Janet Quinney Lawson Capitol Theatre, à distance de marche du temple Mormon de renommée mondiale. Great service but not worth the price! Food wasn’t seasoned at all! Seemed like our chef went to Japan for his mission the decided to cook hibachi when he returned!

Our server was terrible, she was lucky the chef made up for their tip! Oswaldo was outstanding and gave us the fun we craved!

Our server forgot two items from our order. The chef seemed extremely rushed and wasn't able to perform to the typical level we have experienced in the past. Some of the fun cooking events were skimmed over or ignored completely.

It was a lot of fun. Took my 2 nephews and they had a blast! The food was excellent, I have never seen my nephews eat so much!

The experience was great. The restaurant was so freezing cold I couldn’t enjoy myself. After service, we asked everybody at the table and they all said the same thing.

This is my first real negative review on OpenTable Benihana is a restaurant I go to a lot in California. I was so disappointed that there was no parking we had to pre-pay for parking. I was told by the head hostess, but it wasn’t that much money but for two cars another $15 on top of what we were paying for our meal was a lot of money First issue the second issue the waitress didn’t understand what we wanted for food when we ordered ednamane for grandkids, we ended up paying for an adult size. 2nd issue There were several screwups with the bill, including I don’t know what the sushi kitchen bill was. 3rd Why were we never offered lunch menu? Taking advantage of us fiscally Imagine my surprise when they never asked whether or not we wanted ice cream at the end of our meal, even though out of five of us, four of us ordered food that should’ve allowed us to have ice cream at the end of our meal Again, having been a constant attendee in California, of Benihannas Im not used to people that don’t offer us extra sauce. Don’t offer to make sure we’re taken care of. I was really disappointed. It was my granddaughter‘s birthday. There were no songs. There was no any extras. I had to ask for ice cream for her and her brother . I didn’t even get an extra refill on my hot tea even though I wanted one.- but if the hospitality was a zero, the bathrooms were ridiculous I was shocked. I’m amazed that the health department has not shut them down. They were filthy. And no hot water . There are no toilet seat covers, and I was sick to my stomach . I felt like the chef never cooked anything to the finish. He was racing to another table as we saw him go to heck at least we were at the table that waited for Chef. I didn’t know what he was doing.
