Bienvenue au restaurant Benihana, qui vous fera vivre une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Ici, les clients sont tous installés ensemble, autour de grandes tables communes. Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par le talentueux chef et vous laisser tenter par un des cocktails de spécialité. Benihana est situé tout près du centre-ville de Salt Lake City, directement en face du Salt Palace Convention Center. Il est caché derrière le Janet Quinney Lawson Capitol Theatre, à distance de marche du temple Mormon de renommée mondiale. Benihana se trouve à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Salt Lake, et très populaire auprès des touristes, des congressistes et des skieurs. The table service was excellent. Our chef was awesome and he made our whole dining experience so much fun! The food was really good!

The waiter that sat us and took are order was very polite and our chef that came to the table did an amazing job with his entertainment of cooking the food my son‘s first time there, and they did not disappoint and engaging, showing us a good time preparing our food

Service was soooo slow. We were there two hours at the table- not including wait time to be seated. We were starving. My 40 dollar piece of filet mignon was undercooked but I ate it anyway. The rest of the food was good as usual. This restaurant needs an update ambiance- wise. It was so noisy and so much smoke from the grills that it detracted from the whole experience. Just needs some TLC and it will be back to how good it once was. Take care of your restaurant!

Been to Benihana a few times and this time seemed as though it was really on the struggle bus. SO MUCH SMOKE in the air.

Probably not ideal if you are bringing little kids because even if you have a reservation it might take up to an hour to get food.
