Bienvenue au restaurant Benihana, qui vous fera vivre une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Ici, les clients sont tous installés ensemble, autour de grandes tables communes. Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par le talentueux chef et vous laisser tenter par un des cocktails de spécialité. Benihana est situé tout près du centre-ville de Salt Lake City, directement en face du Salt Palace Convention Center. Il est caché derrière le Janet Quinney Lawson Capitol Theatre, à distance de marche du temple Mormon de renommée mondiale. Benihana se trouve à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Salt Lake, et très populaire auprès des touristes, des congressistes et des skieurs. We were disappointed in the quality of the food. The preporation equally disappointing! I ordered medium rare steak. I was served rare steak. The food was drowned in garlic. We paid top dollar for this experience.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday thanks to Benihana giving me a discount coupon. We took our great-granddaughter for her upcoming birthday too. It was her first time there and she had a fun time. The food was very good and the cook put on a great show. We all had the teriyaki chicken which comes with soup, salad, shrimp and veggie appetizer, fried rice and a scoop of ice cream (green tea).

We have been to this Benihana several times and the service / food quality is always great. Rogelio was our Teppan Chef and he was awesome. The kids enjoyed his humor and tricks! Thanks

I love love love Benihana but it's now around $200 for 2 people to eat there when it used to be $100. Might have to space my visits out more. Ha ha. But I still love it and will still continue to go. Thanks!

Over priced for okay tasting food. The chef focused a ton on the grandparents and their nephew and barely said a word to me and my friend. It was exciting to see a female chef because everywhere I’ve gone it’s always males. Food lacked flavor, portion size was tiny for the amount we paid and the server was no help when asking about the menu before the chef arrived.

We had the standard Benihana experience, but this time instead of the Sapporo beer, we ordered white wine. It was served “out of the shelf” to an ice bucket - just so lame, because it was way off the right serving temperature. We had to add ice to our glasses until it reached a chill temperature. I just don’t get why someone would keep white wine at room temperature. Hope next time they will do better.

Host staff ignored our reservation and didn't seat us for 40 min. They refused to give us a time table for seating when asked after 20 min of waiting. Grills were not cleaned prior to us being seated, chef had to remove food off it before starting. Honestly, when did this world-know experience become the McDonalds of table-side cooking/dining? Skip this one and go to Panda Express instead.

All good for my son 9 year birthday. Chef was funny and the kids enjoyed the experience.
