Service was ok, not great for a $400 meal. It was 45 minutes before we started getting our food. They also put 10 people at our table and we were fairly squished. It was ok but would not go again for a bitthday.

I have loved Benihana’s for years and tried to give it one last chance by trying a new location. The restaurant was very off with our reservation time and the time it took them to seat us. I didn’t even get water until being there for an hour and 20 minutes. The server was forgetful and an overall mess. The chef messed up almost everything. A vegetarian of 40 years at are table was served meat without her knowledge. Another gentleman did not receive his food at all and because the service took so long and I mean beyond the normal time it would normally be. He declined to wait any longer because he simply needed to leave at this point. This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for the terrible all around service they provided. They seemed to try to make up for it but mishap after mishap continued to happen

I went at a time when it wasn’t that busy. Therefore it was comfortable and relaxing. Not too noisy loud with everyone talking at their tables

Although our server and hibachi chef were both amazing, the price of our meal was way to high compared to the taste and quantity of the food served.

The chicken was very hard to chew and didn’t seem cooked all the way. We stated to the waitress and chef it was my wife’s bday and they said “happy birthday” but no one sang to her and brought out a menu after we asked, at that point we just wanted to leave as we were already there for 2 hours
